Resources for mental health during COVID-19 are harder to obtain but there are solutions through technology. There are services through telehealth that are free for all users to get support during these trying times. Mental health is just as important as physical health and just like finding healthy foods or good health treatment, mental health resources aren't equally accesable to everyone.

Eating healthy will help you live longer and lowers the chance of other health problems arising throughout your life. Many people of color live in food deserts which are communities where it is hard to buy good-quality and healthy food nearby. The people who live in these communities have a higher chance to be overweight, have high blood pressure, have diabetes, and many other health problems. When big grocery stores move into these communities, many community members buy the same type of food they bought before, because of lack of knowledge on how to affectively lead a balanced diet.
